Great Basin Orthopaedics (GBO) is the best, most well-run office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Dolan was so professional and explained everything clearly. He’s a very smart man and has a great bedside manner. The entire office is efficient, polite and friendly. The office management should be commended for their insight in running a professional and friendly environment for their patients and families. I highly recommend Dr. Dolan and Great Basin Orthopaedics for anyone needing orthopedic care.

I was never a patient, but as an intern I enjoyed my time working here. The Doctors who run the practice are top notch. Work environment is structured organized and cheerful. I was offered a position but they couldn't get it approved but they gave me the help I needed to get my degree!

I was very grateful for the time Dr Fyda took with me to make sure I understood everything he was saying. He and his team made me feel important and heard.

I tore my meniscus in my left knee a year ago. I listened to friends that had theirs repaired and had nothing but bad to say about it. Pain was getting worse and I was referred to see Dr Fyda. He performed surgery and I'm blown away at the quality of his work. Absolutely no pain and haven't had to take any medication so far. I was also able to put my full weight on my knee right after surgery. Its great not to have to walk around with a cain and be pain free. I highly recommend Great Basin Orthopedic.

It's been a few years since I went here with a broken arm and I can't thank them enough for the excellent care I got!!! I was able to avoid surgery and avoid my arm getting to stiff since he didn't put me in a full cast. The staff was super friendly throughout the whole building from the receptionist, the nurses, the x-ray techs and the dr. Literally everyone had a smile and that's rarer these days

I can only say great things about Dr Fyda and his staff at Great Basin Orthopedic. My knee replacement surgery went 110 times better than my first one did that I had in 2012 in Los Angeles. I am two weeks into my recovery and today was my first visit back to Dr. Fyda. His nurse Sandy is the best, she’s very informative on what’s going to happen during that visit and is always cheerful and pleasant. Dr Fyda always listens to my concerns and I have never felt like just a number. I will continue to do my part in the rehabilitation process. Again, thank you 🙏 Bob

I began having a building of pain in my left hand & thought it was time for Carpal Tunnel surgery. When I called Great Basin Orthopedics & explained, they were able to work me right in with Dr. Dooley. At the appointment, Dr. Dooley listened to me & then took a look at my hand & decided to take an x-ray since we both agreed this felt different than Carpal Tunnel of my right wrist he had already taken care of. After the x-ray was taken, Dr. Dooley explained what was actually happening.
